Shahram Molazadeh has been in the construction industry for over 15 years. With a background and experience in construction from Iran, he founded Canlux Development. Over the past several years Shahram has overseen many projects throughout Vancouver BC and the Lower Mainland and has a variety of contacts for land as well as an expertise on areas.

General Contracting

We offer general contracting services where our team oversees the entire build process of your design including construction budget, schedule, and quality. We are experienced with providing price estimates, either the lump-sum total cost, or a guaranteed maximum price with the possibility of cost savings
